FOR TRAINING PROVIDERS

Progression shouldn't stop at completion.

Alignix Pathways manages the period between course completion and a learner's next destination. We keep learners engaged, help them move towards realistic work, and capture what happens next, while your team keeps full oversight.

  • No extra platform build
  • Recorded learner outcomes
  • Destination reports at week 4 and 12

From completion to destination

Three phases, run for you

No extra platform build. No staff training. No learner chasing. No report compiling.

  1. 01

    Readiness

    Week 1

Career direction, evidence gaps, work simulations, CV and interview preparation.

  2. 02

    Progression

    Weeks 2 to 4

Live roles, applications and interview support, with one contact a week.

  3. 03

    Destination

Week 4 and week 12 after the course

Follow-up continues fortnightly for anyone still seeking, then destination checks and outcome reporting.

What you get

Outcomes, not features

Your team receives more than platform access.

Less operational burden

Alignix manages onboarding, reminders and follow-up so your team is not chasing learners.

Stronger career evidence

Learners build assessed, role-relevant examples they can use in applications and interviews.

Evidence you can stand behind

Every claim is traceable. Progression from published Skills England occupational maps, salary from live UK vacancy data, destinations reported by learners themselves.

WHO IT'S FOR

For providers where progression matters after completion.

Pathways is designed for organisations that want clearer visibility of what happens after learners finish, without adding more follow-up work to already stretched teams.

Training providers

Supporting learners from course completion towards employment.

Skills and employability programmes

Where progression and destination evidence matter.

Bootcamp providers

Managing the transition from intensive training into work.

Colleges and specialist programmes

Looking for structured post-course progression and follow-up.

Already have a strong employability team? Pathways can also be used solely for destination follow-up and reporting.

Destination reporting

Know where learners went next

Completion data stops at the end of the course. Destination reporting keeps going, recording real outcomes at four weeks and twelve weeks so you can evidence progression rather than estimate it.

  • We contact learners at four weeks and twelve weeks after their course end date, so you do not chase anyone.
  • Destinations are recorded as employed, self employed, further study, seeking work or not available for work.
  • You see capture rate, status breakdown and sustained employment between week 4 and week 12.
  • Learners answer a short mobile form with no login, and can ask to stop being contacted at any point.
  • Export the results as CSV, or take them straight through into the cohort outcome report.
  • Destinations are self-reported by learners. Where a learner uploads a contract, payslip or offer letter, that is recorded alongside the response.

How we work with your learners

Learners get live UK role matching, evidence building, work simulations and application support. Which of those a learner needs depends on where they are, and that is a judgement we make per person rather than a fixed programme.

Walk through the learner dashboard

Roadmap coverage currently spans health and social care, business administration, project management and IT, with further sectors being added. Live job matching, evidence building, applications and destination reporting work for any occupation.

Delivery options

Choose how you want to run Pathways

Managed

Alignix sets up the cohort, manages learner engagement and follow-up, and produces the final outcome report. Your team retains oversight without carrying the day-to-day delivery.

Self-service

Run Pathways through your own team using the provider portal, with the same progression and destination-tracking infrastructure.

Talk to us about a managed or self-service cohort.

Start with one cohort

The easiest place to start is a cohort that has already finished. Send us the contact list and we will tell you where those learners actually ended up. No setup, no commitment, and you keep the report. A short data processing agreement is signed before a contact list is shared, and you can read it on our legal page.
