Delivery

Your report is generated immediately after payment, in your browser session. It is not stored on our servers, so save, copy or download it before closing the tab. By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once delivery has begun.

Refunds

If your report fails to generate after payment, you can take an instant full refund using the button shown, or contact us. If something else goes wrong, email info@alignix.co.uk and we will put it right; we operate a fair, no-quibble refund approach.
