Find out where your last cohort actually ended up.
You give us the contact list from a cohort that has already finished. We contact those learners under your branding, record where they landed, and send you a report with the evidence they supply. It takes about twenty minutes of your time.
How it works

Send us the list.
Name, email and course end date for each learner. Nothing else.

We contact them under your branding.
Three messages maximum, each with a one-click opt-out.

They tell us what they are doing now.
Employer, job title, hours, start date, and whether it relates to the course. They can upload a contract, payslip or offer letter.

You get the report.
Capture rate, status breakdown, employment, the proportion in course-related roles, and every response, exportable to CSV.
What this is for
Most providers have cohorts where the destination data is thin, because contact goes cold the day a course ends and chasing leavers is nobody's job. This fills that in after the fact.
Being straight with you
Response rates on cohorts that finished months ago are lower than on recent ones. Whatever comes back is data you did not have before, and the report shows exactly how many people responded and how many did not. We do not estimate, extrapolate or fill gaps.
Your learners' data
You remain the data controller. We act as processor under a UK GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement, accepted before any learner data can be entered. Every message is branded as yours and carries a one-click opt-out. Alignix Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
